I do my best to show my jewellery in the photographs in the most realistic light, however, colours may differ due to differences in computer monitors and lighting during photography. 

Due to the items being handmade from scratch, there may be small imperfections. I do not sell anything i would not wear myself and i check my items carefully before offering them for sale. 

Care Instructions

Please treat your clay earrings with care - if dropped or stored incorrectly your earrings may break or become damaged

When you are not wearing your polymer clay earrings, keep them in a clean, dry place -  such as an earring board.

Do not wear your earrings in water or while bathing or showering!  I use waterproof glue for the stainless steel posts but it is best to keep the clay and posts out of contact of water.

Avoid contact with makeup, hair styling products and perfumes. The clay may stain if it comes into contact with these products.

Processing Times and Postage

After your order has been placed, I will begin to package your order.

I generally dispatch orders between 1-3 days but during busy periods please allow 5 days for the processing of your order.

If you choose express post, i will do my best to make sure your package will be processed as quickly as possible but please note the express option is for an Australia post service and is not a 'rush my order fee'. If you have a deadline, please contact us before placing an order.

Your package will be sent with Australia Post with tracking.

At checkout, you will be given 4 options:

-standard postage with tracking;

-express postage with tracking;

-standard postage with tracking and signature on delivery; or

-express postage with tracking and signature on delivery.

I recommend you choose signature on delivery. I will not be held responsible for lost packages which have not chosen the signature on delivery option.

If you want to combine postage on multiple orders please send me an email with order numbers to daisydreamsdesign@gmail.com and I will refund any extra postage you have paid.

Return/Exchange Policy

Please understand that I cannot offer refund, exchange or return for orders already dispatched due to hygiene reasons. 

However if you have an issue, please contact daisydreamsdesign@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Please ask any questions you have about any item prior to placing an order, ensuring you have read our terms and conditions and product descriptions as all purchases are final.

I will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party.

All information collected is only used for the processing of your order. By placing an order,  you consent to your data being collected by my secure payment methods and online store, or by signing up to receive updates occasionally from us. 

I do not allow local pickup of orders for the privacy of my home.
